The Cajuns have it right, “Laissez le bon temps roullez!”

There are many things that make life good. This blog exists for me to share some of my random contributions toward that goal. Most will be recipes.

The title is based on my cooking philosophy–”If a little cayenne (basil, cream, pepper, wine, herbs, garlic, you fill in the blank) is good, then more is better.

(Though I’ve learned to moderate a bit.)

By the way, most recipes I use, I’ve altered and adapted to the way I do things. Many are on bits and scraps of paper. When I remember where I got a recipe originally, I’ll cite it. If anyone comes across any copywritten material that I haven’t cited properly, please let me know, and I’ll make the changes necessary.
